Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our Calypso Waterjet can cut material up to 8" thick e.g., stainless steel, hot rolled, aluminum, copper, rubber, glass, cork, plastic, stone, etc.    We are the only metal shop in the area with this capability.

We offer C.N.C. Punch and Plasma cutting up to 1/2" thick on our 647B Whitney Panelmaster.

Our shop also houses the Whitney CNC Punch and Plasma Cutter.    We also offer High definition Plasma cutting on our 200 amp Whitney Advantage. The Plasma Cutter can cut up to 1/2" thick for prototype or production parts.

Thirty thousand square foot Machine shop.

Installs

Build, install and replace complete conveyor systems, millwright work, etc.    We also build control panels, flanges, deck plates, handrails, walkways, etc.
